Dumbass. Last year I was replacing the headset on my roadbike (while drinking). The fork slipped and hit the floor, smashing the aluminum dropout together. Should have tried to warranty that. I was not riding dangerously, I was going very slow, and it was just a small drop. But I just bent it back and prayed everytime I rode.
