hit the road on Sat, felt like square one all over,
fighting cramps on the spin home from out past
Newville. Found some sweet pave' though,
Lykens on Sunday,
had my once a year dab free run
across Rocks Ridge, yay me!

riding was dry and fast while rolling,
kinda slow when not,
flat fest '07 was in full effect. secret creek beers helped
with some of the waiting

good times.
